Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Genius Prep Academy, operated by Edbridge Scholars. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in and are personal to you. You are responsible for activity on your account. Don't share your login: accounts showing signs of shared use may be suspended.

What you're buying

A course purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access that course's recorded lessons and interactive material for 12 months from the date of purchase. Premium grants the same for every course for 12 months, including courses we publish within that period.

We will remind you before access ends. Renewal, if offered, will be at the price advertised at that time.

You may not download, record, re-upload, resell or redistribute course material, or share it outside your account. Doing so ends your access without refund.

Free access

The first lesson of each course is free to any registered account. We may change how much material is free at any time; this never removes access to a course you have paid for.

Payment

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka and charged once for 12 months of access, not on subscription — nothing recurring is set up and you will not be charged again automatically. Payments are handled by SSLCommerz; we never see or store your card details. Charges appear as Edbridge Scholars. Purchases are final; see our Refund Policy.

What we don't promise

Our instructors are national and international olympiad medalists, and the courses reflect how they prepared. We do not guarantee any particular result, score, selection or placement. Outcomes depend overwhelmingly on your own practice.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, reorganise or replace course content. If we permanently withdraw a course during your 12-month access period, we will either provide equivalent material or refund the unused portion.

Ending access

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, in particular by sharing or redistributing material.
